We take the mental wellbeing of our team very seriously. It’s essential that every single one of our Popcorn family feel they’re always supported. We’ve trained Mental Health First Aiders to ensure our team have the support they need.

On the anniversary of each team member joining Popcorn, we donate £100 to a charity of their choice. We also pay for two days a year for any members of the team who wish to volunteer their services to a charity.
We’re on a mission to help the planet we love, and we’re thrilled to have been awarded our Green Small Business Certification. We’ve been working on developing our Environmental Management System to help us actively reduce our impact on the environment.
We’ve also become a Plastic Free Champion. To qualify we needed to remove at least three single-use plastic items from our offices, so we’ve started by replacing plastic bottles, cups, bags, and cutlery with reusable ones.
