Our Impact

Our People

Not only are we a Living Wage Employer, but we also give our team at least 90 hours of professional development each year whilst the global average is 34.7 hours. On top of that, we offer our team an uncapped holiday allowance.

We take the mental wellbeing of our team very seriously. It’s essential that every single one of our Popcorn family feel they’re always supported. We’ve trained Mental Health First Aiders to ensure our team have the support they need.

We believe mental health should be an important focus for organisations. To help with this, we’ve created a full Mental Health Awareness course, and it’s free to all our clients. Click here to watch the trailer and let us know if you’d like a copy for your organisation.

Charity

On the anniversary of each team member joining Popcorn, we donate £100 to a charity of their choice. We also pay for two days a year for any members of the team who wish to volunteer their services to a charity.

The Environment

We’re on a mission to help the planet we love, and we’re thrilled to have been awarded our Green Small Business Certification. We’ve been working on developing our Environmental Management System to help us actively reduce our impact on the environment.

We’ve also become a Plastic Free Champion. To qualify we needed to remove at least three single-use plastic items from our offices, so we’ve started by replacing plastic bottles, cups, bags, and cutlery with reusable ones. Going forwards we’re committed to reducing or eliminating our plastic stationery. Even our tea bags are plastic-free, and we go through a lot of those…

Recently we’ve partnered with Ecologi to help offset our emissions and create a climate-friendly workforce. You can view our forest here.

We’ve also started planting 10 trees for every client project we complete!
